Complex Recording Conditions and Solutions
MTB 2026 presents a range of complex recording challenges: limited mobility, significant distance from the stage, unexpected actions in the space, the mix of room sound and the original audio source, fast movements, highly variable lighting, and intense LED screens in the background.
All of this requires extremely precise and carefully executed capture. The compilation adds an additional challenge: seamlessly connecting fragments with smooth visual and audio transitions.

Pre‑production

We start with a short briefing to understand your event, schedule and priorities. Together we decide where cameras go, what moments matter most, and how the final video will be used.

On‑site filming
€ 80/hour*
Depending on the package, we bring multiple cameras (camcorder, dslr, action or drone cameras), as well as audio recording or streaming solutions. Filming can remain static and hidden, or can happen in the middle of the action.

Post-production
€ 80/hour*
We synchronise all camera angles and audio, then craft a clean, engaging edit that reflects the energy of your event. We typically deliver full-length edits, an optional highlight film, as well as social media clips, or separate video clips, sharable on vimeo.com
* Prices exclude VAT. Up to 25% waiting time during recording is included. Travel costs from Vilvoorde are €0.35/km. Post‑production time ranges from 2 to 10 times the final film duration. Schedule a call to receive a fixed price offer, with or without post-production (eg. video team reinforcement).
